1.Introduction

SUPERCHLON 1122S is a newly developed product specially introduced intoPP primer market,which is specially developed to achieve better storagestability than SUPERCHLON 892LS especially at lower temperature.It isalso suitable for adhesive,ink and paint application for the good adhesion toABS,polyester and nylon as well as polypropylene.

Good solvents           Toluene,Xylene (aromatic hydrocarbons)

                               Cyclohexane,Mineral Spirit,

                               Methylcyclohexane (alicyclic hydrocarbons)

                               Aliphatic hydrocarbons(n-hexane etc.),

                               alcohol (IPA,butanol etc.)

                               and esters can be used as the diluent.

Handling Instruction:The solution of this product has a nature to cause viscosity increase, gelling and fine particles in winter season,but in terms of its performance,this will not be a issue if warm up to 40-50 degrees C(104-122 degrees F)again before using.
