1. Introduction

Superchlon 930S is a newly developed chlorinated polypropylene polymer resin, specifically designed for the PP primer market. Compared to other similar products, it provides better adhesion due to its higher molecular weight. It not only has excellent adhesion to PP, but also to other plastics such as polyester, nylon, aluminum foil, etc., making it suitable for use in adhesives, inks, and paints.

Essence: Chlorinated polypropylene polymer resin

Appearance: Light yellow to light brown small pieces

Odor: Slight resin odor

Free chlorine: none

Softening point: 60-70 ℃

Solubility: Toluene, xylene, cyclohexane (cyclic hydrocarbon solvents), n-butane (aliphatic hydrocarbon solvents), alcohols, and esters can all be used as solvents.

Chlorine content (%): 19.5-22.0

Viscosity (centipoise, 25 ℃): 20-100 (solid content of 20% in solvent: toluene/cyclohexane/isopropanol=87/10/3).
