Hydrophobic gas-phase silica HDK ® 20 is widely used in the fields of silicone rubber sealant, ink, paint, coating, adhesive, cable material, etc. In the use of RTV-1K single component sealant, H20 is used as a thickening and reinforcing additive, which can effectively improve the various properties of the product.

Used for anti settling of coatings, white carbon black H20 can significantly improve the stability and anti settling effect of pigments. As a thickener for non-polar to medium polar systems, gas-phase white carbon black H20 has a lower thickening effect than hydrophilic silica of the same base material. However, the different thixotropic responses of silica H20 can provide better fluidity and uniformity.
