Degusa extinction powder OK500 usage:
Silicon dioxide extinction powder is easy to disperse and can be added at any stage of the production process. It should be dispersed using a high-speed disperser and not ground, otherwise it will affect its extinction efficiency. If the use of Degussa matting powder OK412 causes an extension of drying time, Degussa matting powder OK500 can be used or added instead. Other conditions remain unchanged, as the amount of matting powder increases, the matting (matte) becomes stronger.
