TT3300 extinction powder is a silica extinction powder produced by gas-phase method with surface treated by PDMSD (polydimethylsilane). TT3300 extinction powder is a transparent extinction powder with extinction effect. TT3300 has more benefits in flexible coatings, as it can provide a matte finish with an elegant tactile sensation, which is known to people.
Compared with untreated gas-phase silica matting powder, TT3300 matting coating also shows significant improvements in scratch resistance and wear resistance. Surface treatment can bring excellent suspension performance in solvent based and water-based coatings. In aqueous systems, its adsorption effect with thickening agents is very small, thus making the rheological properties of the system more stable.
