Hardlen DX-526P is a newly developed adhesion promoter for PP substrates, which has excellent adhesion to various PP substrates. The solvent has excellent low-temperature stability; Good compatibility and can be directly added to the coating system.

Composition: Soft chlorinated PP

Appearance: Yellow granular

Viscosity: 100-500cp (30% in toluene)

Chlorine content: 26.0 ± 1.0 wt%

Application field

·Excellent adhesion enhancing effect on PP and EPDM substrates.

·Good compatibility, can be directly added to coatings such as acrylic and alkyd.

·Excellent interlayer adhesion with topcoat coatings, such as polyester/melamine baked paint and polyurethane systems.

·Good low-temperature stability of solvent (30% toluene solution, 5 ℃)

·Slightly soluble in 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate, it can be applied in UV curing systems.

Key Features

·Dilute the solution and spray it directly onto the PP substrate. After drying, apply the topcoat.

·Mix with resin to make base paint.

Instructions for use

When mixing with resin, please test the most suitable ratio first.

dosage

Dissolve Hardlen DX-526P in toluene or xylene and stir until it reaches 30% for use. When considering environmental protection (banning benzene based substances), the solvent can be changed to methylcyclohexane/ethyl acetate or methyl ethyl ketone=1/1

Storage conditions

·Keep away from heat and fire sources.

·Place in a cool and ventilated place, keep the container tightly sealed.

·The storage environment is between 10 ℃ and 40 ℃.

·Solid Hardlen DX-526P and solution are stored in the dark at 25 ℃.

·When the ambient temperature during storage and transportation exceeds 40 ℃, clumps may form. Please extend the solvent soaking and low-speed stirring time, which does not affect its performance.
