Guangshan hydrophobic silica GS-15

1. Characteristics

GS-15 is a hydrophilic fumed silica of G-150, which is a hydrophobic fumed silica treated with DDS (dimethyl dichlorosilane).

3. Nature

Thickening, thixotropic, and reinforcing agents for room temperature vulcanized (RTV) silicone rubber, whose hydrophobic properties give RTV silicone rubber a good shelf life, control the rheological properties of adhesives, prevent settling, sagging, and thixotropy of coatings and inks, improve the free flowability of powder coatings, and prevent agglomeration.
