Cabot white carbon black TS-610 is a low surface area gas-phase silica, which has been surface modified with dimethyl dichlorosilane. After this treatment, some hydroxyl groups on the surface of silica are replaced, which improves the hydrophobicity of silica. Cabot white carbon black TS-610 has significantly different properties from untreated silica.
Cabot white carbon black TS-610 plays a fluidization role (free fluidization) in powder coatings, with a smooth surface, stable powder at low addition levels, and high transportation efficiency. It has high gloss, rheological control, anti sagging, leveling, and scratch resistance in varnish.
